Orders

Your link must be public and must stay public until the order is complete. Private, deleted or renamed accounts cannot be delivered and are not refundable.

Payments

Payment is by UPI. Always keep the Order ID in the payment note — the payment is matched to your order using it. Keep the UPI reference (UTR) from your payment app: the last 4 digits are needed to track your order.

Delivery

Delivery usually starts within a few minutes of a confirmed payment. Delivery speed depends on the provider network and can vary.

Refunds

If an order cannot be delivered for reasons on our side, we refund the amount to the source UPI account. Wrong or private links, and drops after delivery, are not refundable.
